Qihua Bingjia (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Qihua Bingjia Hong Kong Corporation, focusing on the development and operation of Qihua Bingjia’s mainland market.
Qihua Bingjia combines long traditions and innovative spirit to present you with authentic Hong Kong flavor. Since its establishment in 1938, Qihua has been a family-run cake food enterprise. It started from a small candy grocery store on Shanghai Street in Yau Ma Tei and has developed into an international enterprise that is famous at home and abroad. It has always adhered to the business purpose of "making cakes with care and winning with quality".
All the products of Qihua Bingjia are proud of being made in Hong Kong, and the main factory in Tai Po has also been certified by ISO 22000: 2005 and HACCP management system. Over the years, Qihua has continued to combine traditional culture and modern technology, continuously improve production equipment, and use innovative technologies to improve output and quality.
In order to cooperate with the company's business development, Qihua Bingjia began to build a new factory in Dapu Industrial Village in 2007. The new factory has an area of about 20,000 square meters. The equipment is built in accordance with the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice ) standard. It has fully automatic production equipment and monitoring systems to ensure that the products comply with international food monitoring standards and the quality complies with safety and hygiene standards.
