Anhui Linshui Wine Co., Ltd. (formerly Anhui Zhonghua Yuquan Wine Factory), an Anhui Province liquor enterprise, is located in Linshui, a thousand-year-old ancient town in western Anhui. Linshui wine has historical allusions such as "Yuchi offering wine" and "Yugu rescues the car", and has the unique geographical advantages of "Seventy-two Lianquans" and the intersection of the three rivers, and has a good brewing environment. In 1949, the New China government established the "Anhui State-owned Linshui Winery" based on the former Wulongxingfang, becoming one of the liquor enterprises in Anhui Province. In the following decades, its products such as Linshui Yuquan, China Yuquan, and Greater China were sold to Anhui Province and sold to China and abroad.

The pottery jars used for storing wine in Linshui are all customized from Yixing, Jiangsu, China's pottery capital.
