Brand Introduction

Anhui Kouzi Wine Industry Co., Ltd. is a national key winemaking enterprise located in the Grand Canal Cultural Belt of the Sui and Tang Dynasties and the famous wine belt of the Huanghuai River. On June 29, 2015, it was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, becoming an early liquor listed company in Anhui. It has a long history and a profound foundation. The winemaking history of Kouzi Ancient Town has a long history, and it has been more than 2,700 years. The "big steamed big Hui" brewing technique inherited from the Ming and Qing dynasties is listed as an intangible cultural heritage; the Xianzhijingjingjingjingjing, which has been excavated and used for more than 1,400 years, the old cellar of Yuan and Ming dynasties that have been used for more than 700 years, was built in the late Ming and Qing dynasties. The early underground wine cellars of the Ming and Qing dynasties, Soviet-style brewing complexes in the 1950s, etc. have been successively rated as important new discoveries of the National Cultural Relics Census, provincial cultural relics protection units and national industrial heritage.

Inheritance and innovation, excellent quality. Kouzijiao is the promoter of Jianxiang liquor, the developer of Jianxiang standards and the inheritor of Jianxiang skills. Relying on the unique production area advantages of the national "geographical indication protection product", the "one-step fragrance" process advantage formed by adhering to the combination of multiple choruses, multiple grain brewing, long-term fermentation and long-term storage, ultimately achieving the quality advantage of natural fragrance. In 2002, Kouzijiao won the "National Protection Product of Origin" and a combination-flavored liquor brand.
