Brand Introduction

In 1936, PedroDomecq began to produce Ganlu Coffee Liquor. Its name is "Nanlu", in Navatre, Mexico's Veracruz State - a native language used before Spanish rule - means "House of the Acolhua people". The reason for this name is probably because it wants to express the local characteristics and origin of this wine product. The word Kahlúa was also transformed into Ulúa by Spain. In 1994, PedroDomecq and AlliedDomecq were merged into AlliedDomecq. Then in 2005, the company was acquired by Pernod Riga Group and has now become a brand under Pernod Riga Group.

KAHLUA is a coffee wine, also known as cocoa liqueur, formerly known as KAHLÚA. It is a Mexican liqueur made using Coffee Arabica , which tastes like sweet coffee. Alcohol of 20% color is dark brown.

It is made of coffee, sugar, and distilled wine made of roasted coffee beans, and spices such as vanilla. In addition to pure drinks, other ingredients can also be added to make cocktails.
