In order to achieve the goal of 10 billion Xifeng and solve the production capacity bottleneck problem that restricts the development of enterprises, the company launched the construction of Xifeng Liquor expansion and technical transformation project, and planned to acquire about 1,000 mu of land in Liulin Town, Fengxiang County to carry out the production of Xifeng Liquor Filling Center and Quo and Raw Liquor The base project construction is implemented in two phases.
The first phase of the project has 524.46 mu of land acquired on the south and east sides of the factory area, and the technical transformation project of Xifeng Wine Filling Center has been implemented. Main construction: finished wine filling workshop, finished wine warehouse, blending center, boiler workshop, mechanical and electrical workshop, office building, Xifeng Liquor History Museum, as well as logistics center, wine storage tank group, environmental protection projects, greening projects and overall supporting projects. The total investment of the first phase project is 800 million yuan, and the construction period is from 2010 to 2012.
The second phase project is planned to acquire 500 mu of land on the east side of the factory area, and implement the technical transformation project of Xifeng Liquor koji and raw wine production base expansion and transformation, focusing on solving the problem of insufficient raw wine production capacity of the enterprise. The start time of the second phase project depends on the development of the enterprise.
At present, the main project A and B workshops, material warehouses, blending centers and other supporting projects in the first phase project are close to completion. They are expected to be completed and put into production in 2012. The winemaking workshop project was also on December 26, 2011. Construction will start every day. After the overall project is completed, the annual output of finished wine is expected to increase by 90,000-100,000 tons.
