Hong Kong Yuen Long WING WAH® Cake House originated from a teahouse cake house in Yuen Long in 1950. It has developed to this day into a restaurant cake group with a large-scale factory and branches all over the Hong Kong and Kowloon New Territories.
Since the 1960s, the Group has actively developed its cake and food business, transformed it into a limited liability company, set up its own factory in Hong Kong, introduced automated production equipment, and continuously improved production quality. Since the 1970s, it has set up its own branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon New Territories to expand its business. In addition to the local market, we have begun to market mooncakes to mainland China and explore international markets, and to market mooncakes to more than 100 major countries and cities including but not limited to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. In the 1980s, it actively entered the mainland market. To this day, Hong Kong Yuen Long Ronghua® WING WAH® mooncakes have been sold to Inner Mongolia and Harbin and other places. In the late 1990s, it officially entered Hong Kong International Airport, based in Hong Kong, and looked around the world, hoping to promote the food culture rich in Chinese and Hong Kong characteristics to the whole world.
Ronghua Restaurant is still one of the group's important businesses. Yuen Long Da Ronghua Restaurant, led by the God of Food, Mr. Liang Wentao, is committed to promoting traditional Tuan Village cuisine.
