Tatsujiuzao Co., Ltd. has 7 breweries in Japan, namely: Matsudo Brewery, Nan Brewery, Fushimi Higashi Brewery, Fushimi Nishi Brewery, Shirabikang Brewery, Kurobikang Brewery, Shimahara Brewery . Kyoto Fushimizu Brewery is the main sake brewing factory of Takashijiu. The water used for brewing uses the Kyoto water "Fushimizu" and has large-scale advanced winemaking equipment and a complete production management system. The Hakubizang Brewery in Kobetan District uses advanced technology combined with winemaking equipment to highly reproduce the traditional winemaking process, allowing high-quality sake brewing to maintain stable and high-quality brewing. The brewing water uses the famous water "Miyamizu". Kyushu Blackbizang Winery is located in Miyazaki Prefecture, Kyushu. It is the main brewing factory for the production of soju wine. In the original scenery, we adhere to the inheritance and development of traditional soju brewing craftsmanship.
