Koon Wah
Founded in 1893, it is a family of fermented bean curds, a subsidiary of Kraft Heinz Company, and has a traditional craft enterprise that produces fermented bean curds.
Guanghe fermented bean curd was founded in 1893 and is located in Shuikou Town, Kaiping City, Guangdong, the hometown of fermented bean curd. It has a traditional craft of fermented bean curd made for a century, and produces fermented bean curd with unique flavor, moldy and tender fragrance. It is a classic product of Guangdong fermented bean curd.
In October 1996, Singapore Fuda Food Group and Guanghe Wheat Curd Factory jointly invested and established Kaiping Guanghe Wheat Curd Co., Ltd. By April 2004, Kaiping Guanghe Fermented Curd Co., Ltd. had changed from Sino-foreign cooperation to a wholly foreign-owned enterprise, and had begun new attempts in business philosophy and market management, strengthened channel construction, and sold well in the domestic market.
While adhering to traditional skills, Guanghe continues to improve quality through modern and scientific management methods and technologies. Guanghe fermented bean curd has obtained a series of quality system certifications:
In 2000, it passed the ISO9001:1994 edition quality system certification;
In 2004, it passed the HACCP food safety system certification;
In 2009, it once again passed the ISO9001:2008 quality system certification and ISO22000 food safety system certification;
