Xiamen Huangshengji Food Co., Ltd. was registered and established at the Jimei District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Xiamen City on May 23, 2012. The legal representative Huang Manhong, the company's business scope includes other retail sales of pre-packaged foods (excluding refrigerated and frozen foods).

In 1842, Huang Zhijiang, the founder of "Golden Fragrance", came from Zhangzhou to Xiamen to operate secret meat floss and jerky. Huang Jing, the descendant of Huang Zhijiang, founded the "Golden Xiang Shengji" store in 1915, located in Gongzai, Xiamen (now Datong Road). Xiamen fell in 1938 and moved to "Gulangyu". In 1956, the public-private joint venture was merged into the "Xiamen Food Factory" and continued its operation. In 1978, Huang Jing's grandson Huang Manhong (now Huang Shengji legal person) registered the "Golden Xiang Shengji Meat Floss Shop" at No. 95, Longtou, Gulangyu. The trademark "Huang Shengji" was registered in 2000; in 2014, "Golden Fragrance" was changed to "Huang Shengji".
