The company has started research and development of coffee series products since 2004 and started to build an instant coffee powder factory in 2007. So far, the company has built 5 primary processing plants, with an annual output of 80,000 tons of coffee rice. In 2008, an instant coffee processing production line developed independently with an investment of 110 million yuan, with an annual output of 3,000 tons of pure coffee powder, thus ending the business model of Yunnan relying solely on selling coffee raw materials in the past 30 years. In 2009, it was developed by the Export-Import Bank of China and the State. With the support of financial departments such as the Bank, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, etc., an investment of 1 billion yuan was made to build an annual instant coffee processing production line of 10,000 tons and a new 120,000 mu of coffee raw material base; thus effectively extending the industrial chain and enhancing the enterprise. In order to ensure stable and sustainable growth of farmers' income, improve the comprehensive development of coffee, extend the industrial chain, and increase the added value of products, in June 2015, the company invested 450 million yuan to start the construction of an annual instant coffee powder production line of 20,000 tons, and the production line was fully constructed and put into production. Afterwards, the company's annual production capacity of instant coffee has increased to 33,000 tons of instant coffee pure powder.
