Merrown Coffee is a Chinese coffee brand oriented towards fine coffee and the construction of the entire coffee industry chain as the core. It was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Shanghai. There are already more than 50 branches, distributed in Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam and other regions.

MELLOWER is a chain brand of fine coffee and is a certified member of SCAE (European Fine Coffee Association), focusing on the production and promotion of fine coffee. Focusing on the dissemination of coffee culture and the quality of coffee, both Italian coffee and fine coffee fields are produced strictly in accordance with international standards. MELLOWER means that Merrown provides a more aromatic, softer coffee. In 2010, Merrón established its first store, located in the beautiful spring city of Kunming. The store has a small roaster to ensure the freshness of coffee beans; hold salons every week to share coffee culture with guests and the coffee making process. In 2012, the second store in Merrón opened and the Meronón Coffee Academy was established. The courses are set up according to the standards of SCAA and SCAE, and coffee enthusiast hand-brewing courses, flower-treating experience courses and professional coffee level 1 and 2 courses are offered. In 2013, the Mailong Roasting Factory was established and obtained QS (Quality and Safety) certification, and began roasting beans from zero coffee. In 2015, the creative beverage "Sweetheart Rain" was launched. In March of the same year, a series of retail coffee products such as roasted beans, ear-hanging coffee, and coffee-baked coffee were launched one after another, and were listed in chain supermarkets such as Kuaike, Xishiduo, and Tesco. In 2016, Meloon Coffee officially entered overseas, with its first overseas store located in Singapore. In 2017, Merron Coffee entered South Korea, and a veteran in the coffee industry served as general consultant for Merron Coffee's R&D, developed products, and formed a team of celebrity baristas. In April 2018, Meilong’s fine coffee drinks from origin were launched.
