YOGOURMET was born in 1983 and is a probiotic brand under the Canadian LALLEMAND. It focuses on homemade yogurt and Kefir for 30 years. So far, YOGOURMET homemade yogurt and Kefir are all over the world.

Lallemand Inc. is a Canadian private enterprise focusing on the research, development, production and promotion of yeast and bacteria.

The earliest Raman Canadian factory was built in 1915 and is located on Préfontaine Street, Montreal. Since 1923, the factory has started the production of baked yeast. Later in 1952, Mr. Roland Shannon acquired Raman Company, and the family is still the owner of Raman.

Today, Lallemand has production plants, distribution centers and offices in more than 50 countries on five continents. YOGOURMET's probiotic products are manufactured at the Lallemand French factory.
