Acquisition and restructuring

In November 2007, following the successful acquisition of FILA's China trademark in September, Belle International Holdings Co., Ltd. Belle International's wholly-owned subsidiary - New Belle has signed a restructuring agreement with Jiangsu Senda on November 11, 2007.
