Koenigsegg
Founded in 1994, it is an influential and comprehensive enterprise in the sports car industry and a super sports car manufacturer dedicated to the production and sales of sports cars.
Koenigsegg is a Swedish supercar manufacturer with its full name Koenigsegg Automotive AB. Founded in 1994 by Christian von Koenigsegg. Koenigsegg's debut in China was at the 2005 Shanghai Auto Show, when Koenigsegg staff revealed that Koenigsegg would enter the Chinese market as soon as possible. In 2012, this beast officially entered.
On November 24, 2003, a supercar called Koenigsegg CC8S was recognized by the Guinness Book of the United States as a fast-paced mass-produced sports car ever (later refreshed by the Bugatti Veyron). This is a steel machine that exists only for those looking for extreme breakthroughs, and it has a speed of 390 km/h.
There are not many cars made by Koenigsegg. Compared with other sports car manufacturers, the scale is much smaller. However, the uncompromising attitude of every car has also made this car manufacturer famous in the car world. The supercars created by Koenigsegg for minority consumer groups not only have both performance and texture, but their uniqueness also fascinates the few elites.
Founder
In 1977, Christian von Koenigsegg, who was only 5 years old, was as innocent as other children. His dream was to build his own sports car. Who would have expected this child who was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. After 17 years, Koenigsegg began designing sports cars.
Chris once said, "As long as you don't give up, everything will not end."
When others laugh at his crazy ideas, when the road to creating a sports car is full of thorns, as long as you think of this sentence, all difficulties and confusion will disappear before Chris's eyes.
Company logo
There is a ghost pattern on the engine cover of the Koenigsegg CCR model. Koenigsegg is located on the former site of the Flight Squadron. In order to commemorate those heroes, the ghost pattern has become the badge of this supercar. The entire ghost pattern looks like a shield, and the Koenigsel logo is composed of alternating patterns of red and yellow. The two colors represent passion and the extreme speed of driving; the shield is a symbol of protection, representing the comfort and sense of safety of driving.
Personnel composition
Koenigsegg, which has only 30 full-time and some part-time staff, can assemble 7 vehicles at the same time, 4 parts in the pre-process and 3 parts in the final assembly room. Full-time includes 4 engineers, 3 R&D personnel, 4 assembly technicians, 4 pre-process personnel, 2 engine assemblers, 5 general assembly workers, 2 warehouse managers, and 5 personnel responsible for public relations, marketing, administration and management. Other positions will work part-time as needed.
Production method
Koenigsegg expects to design 15 types of cars each year. There is a huge network of suppliers and partners, most of which are in Sweden, and many small companies and handicraftsmen produce small quantities of high-quality accessories.
