HuiLauShan is a Hong Kong chain dessert shop specializing in sweet soups, desserts and snacks, with mangoes as the main ingredients. Opened in Yuen Long, New Territories in 1960, it initially sold traditional herbal tea and turtle jelly. Fresh fruit desserts were launched in 1990, and the dessert "Mango Sai Mi" launched in 1992 was very popular. Later, it expanded its business through franchise and became a famous brand in a Hong Kong-style fresh fruit dessert shop. There are now 42 branches in Hong Kong, mainly concentrated in Kowloon, and a new branch will be opened in Fortress Hill, Hong Kong Island. In terms of overseas markets, Xu Liushan opened a branch in Taipei in 2002, expanded to Shanghai and Guangzhou in 2004, and then opened branches in California and Singapore in the United States. In the mid-1990s, he also opened branches in Macau. Xu Liushan also has a branch in Beijing.
