Brand Introduction

Beijing Dabao Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, which is the result of the successful joint-stock transformation of Beijing Sanlu Factory ( Beijing Sanlu Factory was established in 1985 ) . Johnson & Johnson (China) Investment Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of Beijing Dabao Cosmetics Co., Ltd. on July 30, 2008. The Dabao brand and company officially became a member of the Johnson & Johnson family. Since then, Johnson & Johnson Creed has guided the new Dabao Company to do its best to achieve the goal. Responsibility of customers, employees, society and shareholders.

In November 2021, Johnson & Johnson announced the spin-off of its consumer health business. In September 2022, the name of the new company "Kenvue" was officially announced; on May 4, 2023, Kenvue (KVUE.US), a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson (JNJ.US), was listed on the New York Stock Exchange. In September 2023, Kenvue's Chinese name "Keiyu" was officially announced. Therefore, Dabao is now affiliated with the Kenvue Department.

Over the years, Dabao Company has always adhered to the tenet of "good value for money and serving the public", innovated and continuously met the changing consumer needs. The "Dabao" series of cosmetics has been born in 1985 and has adapted to consumer demands at different times and at different levels. The Dabao brand "SOD honey" born in 1990, and subsequent "Beauty Day Cream" and "SOD protein honey" have become household names in the Chinese market. Since 2009, Dabao Company has successfully launched new products such as "SOD Moisturizing Cream", "SOD Refreshing Moisturizing Dew" and "Refreshing Moisturizing Cleanser", providing consumers with more choices for value for money.
