Suzhou Ye Shouhe joined Longhai Food in 1997. Originally named Ye Shouhe Cha Shi Candy, it was founded in the 12th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1886 AD) and has a history of a hundred years. His superb Soviet-style pastry and mooncake making skills have been included in the Jiangsu Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection List by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture.
When Guanqian Street was widened in 1929, Ye Shouhe renovated a three-story store, entering his heyday, becoming a golden signboard in the century-old store in Guanqian Street, mainly producing Su-style mooncakes, pastries, sliced cakes, croakers, wild ducks, etc. There are dozens of products in five major categories and dozens of products, which are the main sales brands of Soviet-style specialty products in Guanqian Commercial District.
In the first half of 2009, Ye Shouhe was included in the Jiangsu Province Intangible Cultural Heritage List. In 2015, Ye Shouhe once again expanded the store and welcomed and sent many guests who came from afar with a brand new look.
