Throughout the whole year, the Esai Meke team made rigorous planning and preparations in hardware facilities and enterprise soft power. In terms of hardware facilities, the Esai Meke team designed and built an intelligent, environmentally friendly and efficient modern factory with a construction area of 90,000 square meters. The entire factory covers an area of 135 mu and is located in the High-tech Park of Chengxi Economic Development Zone, Zhuji City. It has the production capacity of 5,000 high-precision computer embroidery machines an annual production capacity. The entire production assembly line includes multi-dimensional frame welding process, shot blasting and rust removal process, high-quality surface spraying process, precision body pentahedral processing process, parts finishing process, and high-standard whole machine installation and debugging process. The total investment in construction and equipment is 200 million yuan. In terms of enterprise soft power, the Esai Meke team currently has more than 500 employees, of which technical talents account for 20%. Esaimei Technology will continue to implement Chen Li’s human resources strategy of appointing people based on merits to ensure the continuous optimization of the team’s talent structure.
