The company is located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, which is known as the "Hometown of Chinese Sewing Machines", with a construction area of more than 40,000 square meters. The company has equipment such as parts processing, housing base processing, electrostatic spraying and assembly lines. It is a joint venture company of multinational listed companies and private enterprises with independent research and development, production and manufacturing, and marketing.
On the basis of product integration and quality improvement, Shanggong Gem Company processes and produces some industrial sewing machine products from Germany's Dukepu and Baifu in strict accordance with German standards.
Shanggong Gem Company mainly produces three major brands: Shanggong, Shanggong Gem and Mauser, mechatronic flat seam machine, mechatronic overhang seam machine, mechatronic integrated seam machine, mechatronic integrated seam machine, mechatronic integrated winding seam, mechatronic integrated special products. More than 180 varieties are available in six series, including sewing machines and mechatronics special sewing equipment. Products have developed from ordinary industrial sewing machines to high-speed, ultra-high-speed, direct drive, oil-free, and mechatronic integrated automatic control sewing equipment.
