Shanggong Fuyi Intelligent Manufacturing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was established in May 2006 and officially put into production on New Year's Day 2007. It was composed of Shanggong Shenbei Group Co., Ltd. (600843) (65%) and Shenzhen Yingning Venture Capital Co., Ltd. ( 20%), Tianjin Tongshang Software Co., Ltd. (15%) jointly held. The company is located in Tianjin Baodi Economic Development Zone. The total investment is 150 million yuan, covering an area of 75,500 square meters and a construction area of 46,900 square meters.
Shanggong Fuyi has five wholly-owned subsidiaries: Tianjin Yingruiheng (CAD software), Tianjin Yingruian (CAM software), Tianjin Fuyi Times (import and export trade), Tianjin Baofu Labor (labor service), Fu Yi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong RPAI). It has six core technologies: software, computer, electronic control, machinery, laser and ultrasonic, integrating R&D, production and sales. It owns the world-renowned brand "Richpeace". It has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification for 10 consecutive years.
