The former origin of Kronenbourg Brewery was a French brewery named Hout in 1664. It was relocated to the city of Cronenbourg in 1850 until after World War II. Brewery, now it is a brewery under the Carlsberg Group, mainly brewing Triumph 1664 brand Lager beer and wheat white beer, of which 1664 white beer is one of the most sold beers in France. Triumph Brewery is one of the French breweries that have experienced the First and Second World Wars and continue to produce, and has also had legendary experiences and achievements.
In 1850, the old winery was located in Strasbourg area, and the winery was destroyed. In the same year, the winery was moved to the higher terrain of Cronenbourg.
In 1922, the winery began to brew Tiger Bock, a Tiger Bock. The brand was acquired by Tiger Brewery and became an important piece for Tiger to go global.
In 1970, the winery was officially renamed Triumph Brewery and then began to expand worldwide. In 1986, Triumph Breakfast merged with Kanterbr Breakfast and was acquired by the British Newcastle Company in 2000. In 2008, as Newcastle joined the Carlsberg Heineken Group, Triumph 1664 also became a beer brand with high sales worldwide.
