DraughtMaster
DraughtMaster is a draft beer machine suitable for small dining venues launched by Carlsberg, UK in 2017, claiming that this mobile small beer machine will bring "disruptive changes" to those places with low- and medium beer sales.
This Draught Master, Draught Master, is a 20-liter small keg, and uses PET plastic material instead of traditional stainless steel material, making it more suitable for catering places with small sales.
The machine only needs clean water, power supply, drainage pipes and installation space. The machine comes with an air compressor without carbon dioxide and can be cleaned by itself.
Carlsberg said that in the 1950s, stainless steel beer barrels were introduced to all dining venues with high beer sales. But these places are now becoming more food-driven, and beer consumption is no longer as large as stainless steel barrels are suitable. Therefore, investment in draft beer, especially PET plastic beer barrels.
Carlsberg claims that this PET plastic draft beer barrel will last longer than previous stainless steel barrels. The storage time of stainless steel barrels is usually only one week, while the storage time of DraughtMaster can last up to 31 days.
The reason is that stainless steel draft beer barrels require constant injection of carbon dioxide to pressurize, while DraughtMaster only needs air to pour out the beer, from the beer leaving the brewery to entering the glass, it can be touched for a longer time. Ensure the quality of beer, and the venues that were previously limited by sales can also provide a range of different fresh draft beers.
