Huachen Xinyuan Commercial Vehicle Base is located in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. The production models include the micro-client series (Jinbei A7, Jinbei A9, Jinbei Xiaohai Lion), single and double row micro-cards (Jinbei T20/T22, Jinbei T30/T32, Jinbei T50/T52). With the perfect product system, Huachen Xinyuan achieved counter-market growth every year between 2013 and 2015, and the growth rate in 2015 exceeded 80%. At the end of 2015, Huachen Xinyuan launched the Jinbei New Sea Lion, which is built with Huachen Jinbei Sea Lion as a quality benchmark, and upgraded its space, configuration and power.

Huachen Xinyuan Passenger Vehicle Base is located in Fuling District, Chongqing. The park covers an area of ​​1,704 mu and is built in two phases. The first phase is designed with a production capacity of 150,000 vehicles and engines, and the second phase is designed with a production capacity of 150,000 vehicles and engines. The total investment of the project is 4.5 billion yuan, and the first phase of the project has been completed and put into production. With more than 30 core suppliers entering the park one after another, an annual output value of 30 billion yuan will be formed by then. In April 2015, FAW Xinyuan 7-seat sedan-grade MPV - FAW Jinbei 750 was officially launched at the passenger car base. Driven by the "dual base" strategy, FAW Xinyuan has formed four major product platforms, and will launch 6 new models within three years and a 7-seater SUV in 2018.
