Keros I is affiliated with the Osborne Group, the most prestigious producer of wine and spirits in Spain. Founded by Thomas Aosburg in 1772, the group has been committed to producing, selecting and improving for more than two centuries, with the primary purpose of providing consumers with high-quality products.

The history of Kyros I dates back to 1889, when a wine cellar owner found some very old wooden barrels with brandy in the corner of his wine cellar. No one knows where they came from, nor how long they have been there. But when he tasted what was inside, he found that this precious liquid had a "unique taste of conquering the world", and the winemaker named it after Kyros I.
