AVIC Electrical Testing Instruments Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AVIC Electrical Testing", stock code 300114) is a controlling enterprise of China Aviation Industry Corporation. It is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the development of resistance strain gauge, precision resistor, strain sensor, weighing instrument and software, aviation airborne and ground testing systems, motor vehicle performance and environmental protection testing systems, motor vehicle driver intelligent training systems, remote network supervision network platforms, vehicle weighing control systems, industrial automation systems, precision electromechanical control products and Internet of Things applications and other military and civilian measurement and control products and system solutions.

After 50 years of development, the company was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM on August 27, 2010. In 1965: Zhongyuan Electric Testing was established to produce aviation instrument components;

1975: The first national defense enterprise to establish a strain gauge production line;

In 1984: China's first high-temperature melt pressure sensor was developed and produced;

1986: Introducing strain gauge manufacturing technology from the United States;

1990: The first fully sealed creep self-compensated strain gauge was developed in China;

In 1994: Developed the BF and ZF series multi-function fully sealed strain gauge, becoming a leading enterprise in the industry;

1995: Become a member unit of the China Weighing Equipment Association;

1996: Passed ISO9001 quality system certification;

1997: Developed and produced torque plates and their calibrators;

1998: Developed and produced composite shear beam plate sensors;

In 1999: Become the vice chairman unit of China Weighing Equipment Association;

2000: Passed OIMLR60 international metrological standard and explosion-proof certification;

2001: Enable international strategic technical cooperation in sensor production;

In 2002: Established a joint-stock company and became China AVIC Electrical Testing Instrument Co., Ltd.;

2004: It was rated as a high-tech enterprise by Shaanxi Province;

In 2005: Three products obtained OIML certificates issued by PTB in Germany; three series and 29 models passed the Russian type certification; European RoHS environmental protection directives were implemented in the production of sensors and strain gauges; overseas company ZEMICUSA was established;

In 2006: The overseas company ZEMICEurope was established; the second production base located at 63,000 square meters in Hanzhong High-tech Development Zone was put into use in June; six more products have obtained OIML certificates issued by German PTB;

2007: 6 products obtained OIML certificates issued by PTB in Germany, and 4 products obtained NTEP certificates issued by NCWM in the United States;

2008: 57 sensors obtained the US FM and Canadian cFM explosion-proof certificates, and 58 models of sensors obtained the European ATEX explosion-proof certificates;

In 2008: The company established three mechanical parameters benchmarks: force, electricity and temperature, and realized the transmission of the national benchmark value;

2010: The company issued shares for the first time and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange;

In 2011: The company successfully acquired 45% of Shanghai Yaohua's equity and became its largest shareholder;

In 2012: The company successfully acquired 70% of the equity of Shijiazhuang Huayan Transportation Technology Co., Ltd.;

In 2014: The company successfully acquired 100% of the equity of Hanzhong 101 Avionics Equipment Co., Ltd.;

2015: In order to adapt to the needs of group development, the company's organizational structure was adjusted, and the Xi'an headquarters had six functional departments including the Planning and Development Department, established marketing branches and Hanzhong Branch, and established four business departments including military products, measurement and control.
