According to legend, around the third year of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty (1725 AD), an old tea farmer from Songlintou, Yaoyang, Xiping (now Songyan Village, Xiping Town) was diligent in growing tea and believed in Guanyin. Every morning and evening, he would worship a cup of Qing tea in front of Guanyin statue. , never stopping for decades. One night, the tea farmer dreamed that he was carrying a hoe and went out. The tea farmer was so strange that he was about to lean into picking, when suddenly a barking sound came from a dog, waking up a good dream. The next morning, the tea farmer searched through his dreams, and found a tea tree like what he saw in his dream in a gap between the stone pits in Guanyinlun. He observed carefully: the tea tree has oval leaves, thick flesh, and tender buds are purple-red, which is different from other species. He was overjoyed and transplanted the tea tree into a broken iron cauldron at home and carefully cultivated it. After years of pressing the tea trees, they thrive and have green leaves. So the tea farmers picked it at the right time, and it turned out that the tea was of special quality and extraordinary fragrance. He regards it as a treasure, and keeps it in a secret jar. He takes out the brewing and reviews whenever the guests come to visit. Anyone who has drunk this tea has praised it. One day, a tutor drank this tea and asked in surprise: "What good tea is this?" The tea farmer told the tutor in detail the experience of his dream and transplantation, and said that this tea was discovered in the rock, and the rock was powerful. It is better than an arhat. After transplanting, it is planted in an iron cauldron. I want to call it "Iron Arhat". After hearing this, the tutor shook his head and said, "Some Arhats are hideous and terrifying, how can they be commonly known as good tea? This tea was obtained by Guanyin's dream, and it is still called "Tie Guanyin" elegant!" After hearing this, the tea farmers applauded repeatedly. Tieguanyin was named after this. In 1757, Chen, a native of Gande of Anxi, founded Yihe Tea House to commemorate the emergence of Tieguanyin in Anxi. Since then, Xunming Tea House has carefully studied the production technology of Tieguanyin tea, and finally formed its own lineage. Green color, fragrant taste, and mellow taste. Enjoy a high reputation in the tea industry. In 1771, Jardine Tea House was renamed Jardine Tea House and officially entered the tea wholesale business, transforming from the original single tea production to the integration of tea production, wholesale and retail. In 1938, Japan invaded Xiamen, and Yard Tea Store stopped operating with the war. In 2007, "Yimhe Tea Store" was officially renamed to the current Xunming Tea Industry Co., Ltd.
