Fujian Wuhang Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture. The company has a registered capital of RMB 900 million, covers an area of 1.1 million square meters and has 2,500 employees. The company has built workshops for stainless steel raw material processing; steelmaking; hot-rolled stainless steel strips and wires; cold-rolled thin strips, cold-dial fine wires, and mechanized repairs. The annual production capacity is 800,000 tons of stainless steel hot and hot rolled strips and wires of various grades and specifications.
The company has always pursued and relied on technological progress, and at the same time adhered to the concept of "people-oriented, continuous innovation", strictness and guaranteed both excellent quality and service". In October 2000, the company passed the dual certification of ISO9001:2000 quality system and product quality , passed the environmental management system and occupational health management system in December 2013, and passed the energy management system certification in April 2015.
In 2010, the company carried out on-site technical transformation work for the adjustment of the production area. After the technical transformation, the company's production line widely used domestic and foreign high-tech and equipment. Among them, the steelmaking AOD refining furnace adopts the US Prex intelligent control system, and the pre-furnace analysis uses the German SuperPublic. The company spectrometer has achieved high-precision control of chemical composition of stainless steel; the hot-rolled high-speed wire production line introduces equipment and technology for the German Smark Mer transmission and three-roll reduction-diameter reduction unit; the control technology of the hot-rolled strip production line adopts hydraulic AGC technology . With the investment in new technologies and new equipment, the company's product scale and product quality have been further improved, and product specifications have been further diversified.
