Dongbang is a leading global company with institutions and production plants in Japan, Germany and the United States. The Japanese production plant of Tobon Company is located in Mishima City. The plant has several carbon fiber production lines with an annual output of 6,400 tons and a Tenax® prepreg production line. The factory is responsible for the production of raw silk for use in all carbon fiber production sites around the world. Tobon's Japanese Pyromex® and Composite Parts Production Factory is located in Ikaikawa-cho.

The headquarters of Dongbon Europe Company are located in Wuppertal, which provides services to the European market in Wuppertal. Wuppertal sales department, R&D department and laboratory have about 80 employees. The German production site with Tenax® carbon fiber, Tenax® thermoplastics and Tenax® preforming automatic manufacturing processes is located in Heinsberg. There are four carbon fiber production lines with an annual production capacity of 5,100 tons. In addition to production, the Ministry of Quality Assurance and the Ministry of Administration are also located in Heinsberg. Heinsberg has 350 employees.

The headquarters of Dongbon American Company are located in Lockwood, which serves the U.S. market in Lockwood. In addition, the US production plant of Pyromex® and Tenax® staple fibers is also located in Lockwood.
