Nanjing Jinlong Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Jinlong") is a joint-stock company. It was established in 2000. Its existing production base is located in Nanjing Lishui Airport Development Zone, mainly producing 4.1-12-meter new energy light vehicles, minibuses, buses, buses, etc.; its products are complete in variety and stable in quality, and the products are sold well in the domestic market and are sold in overseas markets;

Since 2000, Nanjing Jinlong Company has experienced repeated explorations, restructuring, reform and strategic adjustments. In 2011, Nanjing Jinlong carried out a major restructuring. The company's chairman was Mr. Huang Hongsheng, the founder and controlling shareholder of Skyworth Group. It now has three independent business departments: Dake Business Department and Light Vehicle Business Department Power Battery Business Department. In 2012, the Nanjing Jinlong Bus Relocation Technology Renovation Project was officially launched. The first phase of the project was 2.76 billion yuan, covering an area of 1 million square meters and a construction area of 500,000 square meters. After the project reaches full production, it will produce 20,000 new energy buses and 200,000 light passenger vehicles per year.

After 17 years of hard work and development, Nanjing Jinlong has a technical team of nearly 650 people with experts, doctoral and masters as technical leaders, and has concentrated excellent domestic research, experimental teams and technical achievements.

The overall relocation of Nanjing Jinlong Bus Lishui production base was completed in 2014, with sales revenue of 1.6 billion yuan in 2014, a four-fold increase from 2013; sales revenue of more than 5 billion yuan in 2015; sales revenue of nearly 5.5 billion yuan in 2016; sales revenue of nearly 4 billion yuan in 2017. In May 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially approved Nanjing Jinlong to upgrade to a passenger vehicle manufacturer. In the future, Kaiwo Automobile Group will also invest in the research and development and production of new energy MPV/SUVs.

Looking ahead, Nanjing Jinlong Bus will strive to achieve more technological innovation and establish a brand image, and serve the public with high-quality buses. It will take five years to "create the mainstream independent brand of Chinese automobiles and provide humans with comfortable and fast travel tools."
