Brand Introduction

In 1900, Silvio Scandalli began producing accordion with the help of his family. In the years between 1915 and 1921, a small company was created in a small workshop in Camerano, which later grew into an industrial force, which employed more than 700 workers in 1941.

After the end of World War II, accordion became a hit in the United States, and the Scandalli brothers' factories became one of the prestigious factories. Thanks to Silvio's genius and many innovative new technologies applied on the accordion, the Scandalli brand has become synonymous with quality and other instrument benchmarks.

To meet the challenges and opportunities of new markets, F.lli Scandalli of Camerano and Settimio Soprani of Castelfidardo merged in 1946 to form Farfisa (founded by Fabbiche Riunite di Fisarmoniche). The company later became one of the world's largest musical instrument manufacturers, at which time produced 180 accordions a day. The new company's push led to the founding of CDMI (Centro Didattico Musicale Italiano), with many composers creating works for Edizioni Musicali Farfisa's accordion and teaching methods. The music magazine Fisarmonica was founded and has now developed into "Strumenti & Musica".

In the early 1950s, Silvio Scandalli began an ambitious plan. Using the company's excellent technicians, he created a unique instrumental quality that became the dream of all outstanding accordionists in a short time: Scandalli SUPER VI.

Even today, it remains cutting-edge, an instrument derived from the passion of innovative craftsmen.

In 1964, the Camerano and Castelfidardo factories added a new plant in Aspio Terme with a total production capacity of 42.000 m2.

At this time, Silvio Scandalli and Settimio Soprani were the heads of a company that manufactures and distributes guitars, pianos, organs and megaphones, as well as accordion.

In 1984, Farfisa no longer existed as a multi-product company and began to divide itself into various product areas. Under the guidance of Mirco Patarini, Leonardo Menghini and Luciano Menghini, the Scandalli brand only returns to represent the accordion.

Scondali has many product lines, such as traditional departments, special departments, passion departments, light departments, and college departments. Compared with other accordion brands, Scondali's product lines are divided by style, design and performance professional angles, and each series is then Further subdivides the models, specifications and configurations to facilitate consumers to compare and purchase.
