In Hong Kong, there were 20 fitness stores as of August 30, 2014, of which the Palibo Plaza (No. 68 Yihe Street) store in Causeway Bay (at Leicester Square before the relocation) still only welcomes female guests. In 1986, the first branch was opened in Elizabeth Building in Causeway Bay, and the clubs were successively added at Leicester Stage Plaza, Quar Bay Kangyi Plaza, Sheraton Tsim Sha Tsui Hotel and Mobil New Estate. Since September of the same year, Comfort has carried out a new round of expansion, entering Central for the first time; in October, the second branch of the New Territories South (Kwai Fong Xincheng Plaza) was opened; in November, it expanded to East Kowloon District (Kowloon Bay Taoda Garden Mall). Ma On Shan Plaza and Kwun Tong Ning Jin Centre Store were added at the end of June and mid-December 2012. There are currently 11 fitness shops in mainland China. Comfort Castle entered the mainland Chinese market for the first time in November 2002, opening a branch in Meiluo City, Shanghai, and then adding Hong Kong Plaza, Laima Plaza, Overseas Bund Center and Baodi Plaza Club. In May 2004, the Huanglong Century Plaza store in Hangzhou was opened, followed by adding West Lake Times Square, Starlight International Plaza, Hangzhou International Holiday Hotel and Sky Building Branch. In December 2013, the Shanghai Hong Kong Plaza store was closed and moved to Jinguang International Shopping Center to continue business. There are 11 beauty shops in mainland China, 6 in Shanghai, 4 in Hangzhou, and 1 in Dalian. There are 7 of the 11 beauty shops dedicated to serving women.
All fitness clubs have diversified imported fitness equipment from Europe and the United States, yoga and health dance rooms, cardiopulmonary exercise areas, weight equipment training areas, boxing training areas and magazine areas, etc. The bathroom room provides free shampoo, conditioner, Hairdryers and other hairdryers are equipped with saunas and steam baths (Sheung Shui, Ma On Shan and Aberdeen stores only have saunas due to limited space).
