According to the Taiyuan Municipal Cultural Relics Bureau, "Yiyuanqing" was founded in the early Ming Dynasty. It is named after the house, commonly known as Ninghua house vinegar. Regarding the origin of the name of the "Yiyuanqing" store, according to Zhang Yingyu, the last shopkeeper who passed down before the liberation of "Yiyuanqing", and the jealousy master, in the early 15th century, there was a narrow alley in the ancient Bingzhou City, and there was a small alley in the alley. In the store, the owner led a few young men to make a living by helping people grind noodles, brew wine, and make vinegar. In order to make the store prosperous, the owner specially named the store "Yiyuanqing". The meaning of "Yiyuanqing" is: "Yi" means profit and profit, "yuan" means continuous flow, and "Qing" means celebration. Together, the meaning is: I hope the store will be prosperous and the wealth will continue.
