Huayuan Textile was founded in May 2002 and is located in the Lianggang Industrial Zone of Changle, Fujian. It has 280,000 spindles and more than 800 employees. In 2007, due to the insufficient supply of products, Hengyuan Textile was founded in the Minjiangkou Industrial Zone, Changle, Fujian, with 220,000 spindles and more than 600 employees. In 2010, the production scale was expanded again, and 437 mu of land was acquired in Changle Airport Industrial Zone, Fujian Province, and Xinhuayuan Textiles was founded, with 630,000 spindles, 200 twisters, and more than 2,200 employees.

Huayuan, Hengyuan and Xinhuayuan Company are mainly engaged in viscose Sailo tight spinning yarns, various differentiated blended series of natural color yarns and core-encapsulated series of yarns, and have recently arranged to launch innovatively developed color yarn series. The products are sold at home and abroad, with a stable customer base, smooth sales, and product supply is in short supply. The company has a provincial enterprise technology center and two municipal enterprise technology centers, and has participated in the formulation of multiple departmental and provincial industry standards. Huayuan, Hengyuan and Xinhuayuan have successively passed the third-level review of IS09001-2000 international quality management system and ISO-14001:2004 environmental management system certification and safety standardization.
