MAHLKONIG originated from Stawert Mühlenbau Manufacturing Company. A traditional family business was founded in Hamburg, Germany in 1924, to produce industrial electric motors. Soon, the company was involved in other mechanical grinders, such as coffee, corn, and spices.
Since 1960, the company has focused on the production of coffee grinders. Now more than 90% of MAHLKONIG's product line is used to produce coffee grinders.
MAHLKONIG, a bean grinder brand with a long history from Germany. The model that has become synonymous with bean grinders is the K30ES fully automatic quantitative bean grinder that was selected by WBC (World Coffee Master Competition) and won the REDDOT Design Award. 2012-2014 World Coffee Competition Espresso Grinder supports infinite fine-tuning scales.
Since WBC Australia Matt Perger and EK43 made its debut, WBC 2013’s impressive Australian athlete, based on the consideration of the uniform ratio of grinding particles, Matt chose this commercial bean grinder and used what is called “nutation” The powder pressing method slows down too fast flow rate to the standards required by espresso, while uniform grinding of particles makes the extraction reach a state.
