In July 2023, Guangzhou Langqi plans to use its 100% equity in Guangzhou Langqi Daily necessities Co., Ltd., 100% equity in Shaoguan Langqi Co., Ltd., 100% equity in Liaoning Langqi Industrial Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Daily Chemical Industry Research 60% of the equity of the Institute Co., Ltd. is exchanged with the equivalent of 60% of the shares of Guangzhou Xinshicheng Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. held by Guangzhou Light Industry and Trade Group Co., Ltd., and is well-known daily chemical brand businesses such as Langqi and Gaoli.
