Brand Introduction

Founded in 1953, Loctite was founded by Dr. Vernon Krieble in the underground laboratory of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. The chemistry professor is enterprising and invented a curing inhibition system for a unique adhesive resin that can cure when air is isolated (i.e., anaerobic sealant).

Lotte made its first public debut at a press conference held by the University Club in New York on July 26, 1956. The problem of loose nuts and bolts in mechanical equipment has been around for a long time, and customers have long believed that the problem cannot be solved. Loctite promises to solve the problem have attracted many people to consult.

In the 1960s, Loctite introduced a one-component, room temperature fast curing, industrial cyanoacrylate adhesive (also known as "CA" or "super strong glue"). Afterwards, silicone adhesives, epoxy resin adhesives and acrylic adhesives were introduced successively, and LOCTITE® anaerobic and cyanoacrylate technologies and products were further developed.

Lotech is affiliated to Henkel (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and became a Henkel brand in 1997. It is famous for its high-quality adhesives and sealants.
