Jiuzhaigou Natural Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a national designated manufacturer of national national medicines, a science and technology innovation enterprise in Sichuan Province, and is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan Fengchun Pharmaceutical Group. Jiuyao’s predecessor was Aba Prefecture Pharmaceutical Factory in Sichuan Province. It was founded in 1970. Over the years, the company has based on resource advantages and relying on technological progress, and its scale and strength have been continuously growing.
The company makes full use of the unique medicinal resources of "Snow Mountain Grassland" to develop and produce 59 Chinese and Tibetan patent medicines and Western medicines in 11 dosage forms. Varieties such as "獐子子" and "Jiuzhaigou" brand Xiaojin Wan, Xihuang Wan, Niuhuang Xingxiao Wan have won various awards from the state and provincial levels. Chuanbei Sydney Pear Paste, Wuwei Musk Pills, Xiao Chaihu Tablets, and Lianpu Shuangqing Tablets have successively been followed. In 2008, the company's Yingxiu production base was destroyed during the "May 12" Wenchuan earthquake. Jiuyao people rushed to produce and save themselves in the face of disasters and grief. At present, the Xuankou production base and Jiuyao Deyang Branch have been built.
