Its wholly-owned subsidiary Sichuan Huili Fertilizer Co., Ltd. is a designated production enterprise for soil testing and fertilizer distribution in the province, and a national pilot enterprise for formula fertilizer promotion. The company is the vice president unit of the China Agricultural Institutions Circulation Association, the vice chairman unit of China Agricultural Institutions Media and Agricultural Institutions Guide.
