Heilongjiang Beifeng Agricultural Production Materials Group Co., Ltd. is affiliated to the Heilongjiang Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative. It is a large agricultural input enterprise established by the Heilongjiang Provincial Agricultural Production Materials Company at the end of 2004. It is the main channel enterprise and industry leader in agricultural input supply in Heilongjiang Province. The group has three specialized product line management branches: nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus compound fertilizer and potassium fertilizer, 24 holding subsidiaries, and has 4 enterprises with a total registered capital of 760 million yuan. It operates 5 million tons of fertilizers, 30,000 tons of pesticides, 12,000 tons of seeds, 2 million tons of grains, and a total sales of 15 billion yuan.

Guided by the chain business philosophy, the group is the leader in fertilizer distribution and cooperative planting business segments. It has established 12 distribution subsidiaries and 61 distribution centers in Heilongjiang Province, with more than 2,000 chain cooperation outlets, and supporting pesticide and seed management. The network coverage of cities, counties and townships reaches 90%, and has developed agricultural assistance liaison officers and village-level contacts, basically covering all administrative villages in the province. Outside the province, eight out-of-town companies including Jilin Beifeng, Shandong Beifeng and Sichuan Beifeng have been established, and the sales network has expanded to most of the country, forming a network pattern of "based in Longjiang, strengthening the Northeast, looking at the south, and radiating across the country".
