Liaoning Huari New Materials Co., Ltd was founded in 1996, is a professional manufacturer engaged in designing, producing, and processing PTFE, PEEK, PI, POB and other polymer composites products.
Our factory covers an area of 17000 square meters. At present, there are 20 sets of press machines, 8 sets of different size CNC sintering furnaces, 25 sets of CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and other high-end equipment. We also have more than 4500 sets of processing molds with outer diameter range 10mm-3300mm to meet customers' different needs.
Our main products are PTFE molded tubes, rods, hydraulic seals, valve seals, O rings, gaskets and other customized PTFE products. We can provide over 350 kinds of formula according to different application and working environment, such as PTFE filled with carbon, fiberglass, Moly, bronze, PI, graphite, etc.
Dedicated to strict quality control and thoughtful customer service, our experienced staff members are always available to discuss clients` requirements and ensure full customer satisfaction. We have R & D laboratory, product testing room and equipped with high-precision detection and testing equipment, which including material stretch test machine, 3D printer for special engineering plastic, abrasion meter, and other equipment.
