The product range includes more than 2000 products, including hydraulic cylinders, pumps, jacks, toughlift hoisting systems, torque tools, bolt tensioners, hydraulic test pumps, puller kits, crimping and tools, nut separators, flanges Expanders and other industry-related products.

Headquarters: Hi-Force’s 9000 m2 advanced facility is located in Daventry, UK, covering the entire engineering process from tool design to manufacturing, component quality control, assembly and testing, packaging and global distribution. Since 2010, this specially built facility also features an ECITB approved training school that provides classrooms and practical workspace facilities. Its head office and manufacturing plants support over 87% of its products to more than 100 countries around the world and are supported by internal group finance, technology, sales, training, human resources and administration.

The Hi-Force manufacturing plant has more than 20 machine tools, including 12 DMG Mori CNC machines. New members of the DMG Mori array are a 4-axis machine tool and an automated manufacturing unit equipped with robots for the production of a variety of steel and aluminum components. 4 HAAS CNC machine tools along with vertical and horizontal honing machines enable us to manufacture hydraulic cylinder assemblies up to 1000 tons of capacity and 1500 mm stroke.
