In 2007, Yingchang Company invested 30 million yuan to replace the new electric furnace for the production of defective piano iron plates, enhance the change of the automated production line Lay-out, and carried out ERP system development. In order to overcome the particularity of the southern region, the company adopted a differentiated management system for piano use in the southern region, and technicians traveled to conduct prior inspections for consumers and agent pianos.
