Beijing Ershang (Jiangxi Daguanlou) Food Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Gao'an Xinglong Bean Fructus Flour House, and was founded in 1919. In 1954, based on Xinglong Zhufufang, it was established as Gao'an County Trading Company Zhufufang Factory. It has a history of 100 years. It is a soy product processing enterprise with integrated production and sales. The company's former site is located on the beautiful south bank of Jinjiang River, with the magnificent The Daguan Tower echoes each other from afar, hence the name "Daguan Tower". It was transformed into a public-private joint venture and was established in July 2013 with a registered capital of 98.6 million yuan. It has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Ershang Food Co., Ltd. on April 12, 2018.

The company mainly produces and operates the "Daguanlou" brand high-quality bean curd, which has rich nutritional value, with a protein content of up to 45% and a fat content of up to 20%. The Daguanlou brand has won many national and provincial awards, and the company's bean curd production skills have been rated as provincial intangible cultural heritage. In 2009, it won the China Geographical Indication Protection Product. The company is also a leading agricultural industrialization enterprise in Jiangxi Province. "Daguanlou" bean curd was included in the second batch of "Chinese time-honored brands" list of the Ministry of Commerce in 2010.
