Yantai Zhongji Raffles Ocean Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CIMC Raffles Group") was established on May 24, 2022 and is jointly invested by CIMC Group and Yantai Guofeng Group. Both parties hold 83.3% and 16.7% of the shares respectively. .
CIMC Raffles Group focuses on the "big ocean, new marine engineering" strategy, and its business covers marine oil and gas, marine fishery, marine clean energy, special ships, marine space utilization, asset operation and management, and builds an industrial structure for comprehensive marine resource development. It has nearly 4,000 employees, including about 1,000 R&D and technical personnel.
The group has subsidiaries such as Yantai Zhongji Raffles, Haiyang Zhongji Raffles, Longkou Zhongji Raffles, CIMC Marine Engineering Research Institute, CIMC Blue, CIMC Jiguang, and Jihai Innovation; and through Shenzhen CIMC Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd. invests in the establishment of subsidiaries such as Jinghai Fisheries, Jifeng New Energy, CIMC Electric Power, and Shenzhen Intelligent Offshore Engineering Innovation Center; at the same time, it has two offshore engineering design companies in Europe, forming a research and release platform for China-Europe Interactive. .
The predecessor of the group can be traced back to the Yantai Shipyard established in 1977, and built and delivered my country's first bottom drilling platform in 1978. Over the years, hundreds of marine equipment of various types have been delivered.
