Cangwu Liubao Tea Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Its predecessor was the Liubao District Tea Farm established in 1955 - the main processing base of Liubao raw tea that year. In 1976, all village-level primary production centers were merged and replaced with Liubao Commune Tea Factory, and the production and export of finished tea began. Relying on the 8,000-acre tea garden base within a 10-mile radius, Liubao Commune Tea Factory produces 20,000 dan of finished tea annually. It was the main Liubao tea production enterprise in the Liubao Tea District at that time and the largest Liubao tea production enterprise at that time.

In 2006, the company reorganized and established Cangwu Liubao Tea Co., Ltd. and registered the "Cangsong" brand. Huang Lihua, founder of Cangsong Liubao Tea brand, is from Zhejiang.
