Brand Introduction

As part of Bosch Automobile Technology’s business, Bosch Automobile’s aftermarket business has 17,000 employees worldwide, responsible for the production, logistics, sales and remanufacturing of auto parts and repair station equipment. Its business also includes providing customers with technical services for automotive parts and systems.

Logistics Network

One of the many tasks of Bosch Logistics Network is to provide a full range of automotive accessories to customers including vehicle manufacturers, dealers and repair stations. These accessories are shipped from Karlsruhe, Germany to 150 different countries by shipping. At the same time, Bosch Automobile's aftermarket business department also has 24 logistics centers around the world. Since 1978, about 650,000 automotive aftermarket accessories—from anti-lock braking systems to spark plugs—have been delivered to customers through brand new technology.

Bosch Automobile Professional Maintenance Network

Bosch Automobile's aftermarket business department is also responsible for the development and management of Bosch Automobile's professional maintenance network. Bosch Automobile Professional Repair Network is one of the world's largest independent automotive service networks, with more than 16,500 repair stations worldwide.

Automotive Diagnosis Business

The Bosch Automotive Diagnostics Business Unit provides testing tools, repair station equipment, diagnostic software and training courses for repair stations. Bosch provides training courses to more than 60,000 people in 43 training centers around the world each year. The business unit also provides retailers and repair stations around the world with comprehensive diagnostic and repair station technology, as well as a multi-faceted accessory support – from new accessories to remanufacturing accessories.

The history of Bosch Automobile aftermarket service in China can be traced back to 1926, when the Bosch Automobile Special Service Station was established in Shanghai. In 1998, the Bosch Automobile Aftermarket Business Department established a trading company in Shanghai, which is currently responsible for the overall business development of Bosch Automobile aftermarket in China. By the end of 2012, Bosch Automobile's aftermarket business department had more than 5,500 employees in Shanghai, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Beijing, Suzhou and Taipei in China. They provide customized auto parts, repair station equipment and professional auto services to their trading partners and automobile users in China. In addition, the Bosch Automobile Aftermarket Business Department also has more than 1,800 Bosch Automobile Professional Repair Stations, Bosch Diesel System Service Centers and Bosch Diesel System Service Stations in China.
