Hubei Baoyuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2002. It is located in Ziling Town, Dongbao District, Jingmen City. It has fixed assets of 1.155 billion yuan, 1,300 employees, and an annual production capacity of 500,000 cubic meters. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, a core enterprise in the National Modern Forestry Dongbao Forest Industry Technology Industrial Park, a leading enterprise in the forestry industrialization of Hubei Province and a key dispatching enterprise in Jingmen City. The registered trademark of "Baoyuan" was recognized as "well-known protection" by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

The company currently has four production lines, of which: Phase I was put into production in 2003 and uses complete sets of equipment from Shanghai Man-made Panel Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. Phase II was put into production in 2005, and its main equipment was introduced from Germany, Austria, the United States and Italy. Both production lines are made of small diameter materials and branch materials as the main raw materials, and can produce medium (high) density fiberboard of 2 to 44 mm, with an annual production capacity of 230,000 cubic meters. Phase III was put into production in 2010. The main equipment and processes were introduced from Germany's Dieffenbach Company, Perlmann Company and the US GTS Company. It uses the specification Yi Yang as the main raw material and can produce directional structural plates with a thickness of 6 to 40mm. The design year Production capacity is 220,000 cubic meters. The homogeneous particleboard production line, which is equipped with the directional structural board production line, was put into production in 2011 with an annual production capacity of 50,000 cubic meters. Four production lines are built adjacent to each other, and the unified purchase and classification of wood is implemented, and the fiberboard and directional structural board production lines are used in different tree species and grades. The scraps of the directional structural board production line are used for use in the homogeneous particleboard production line. The bark and corner waste generated by the processing of three production lines are used as fuel for two energy plants to heat the four production lines, which not only saves energy but also reduces emissions, achieving optimal resource utilization.

The company insists on continuously developing new products with Baoyuan characteristics and always maintains leading product quality in the domestic industry. At present, nearly 100 products have been formed in five categories, including fiberboard, fine wood board, floor, wooden door, and veneer panels, and are sold in 31 provinces (cities, autonomous regions) across the country. The products are mainly used for decoration, furniture, flooring, wooden structural rooms, mechanical packaging, daily packaging, container flooring, bus and refrigerated truck flooring, trains and ships assembly.
