Yuehai Tannery Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 and was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the following year. On December 31, 2017, the company's total comprehensive assets were HK$421 million and its net assets were HK$151 million. Yuehai Leather Co., Ltd. mainly owns three wholly owned subsidiaries in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, namely Xuzhou Nanhai Leather Factory Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Gangwei Leather Co., Ltd. and Yuehai Leather (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd. ("Xuzhou Production Base" ”).

The Xuzhou production base introduces tanning processes and production and R&D equipment from countries such as Italy, the United States and Japan to produce imported and domestic high-quality cowhide leather, with an annual production capacity of up to 30 million square feet. Due to its large quantity, many varieties, unique style, stable quality, and considerate pre-sales and after-sales service, the products are very popular among domestic and foreign shoe king manufacturers and well-known brand manufacturers.
