Yuexian Live Milk, after institutional testing, was compared with the active protein indicators of room temperature milk, imported room temperature milk and traditional pasteurized milk, and the active protein (lactideferrin, α-lactidal protein, β-lactagglobulin) indicators and traditional pasteurized milk.
