In October 2017, Yangtze Memory successfully designed and manufactured 3D NAND flash memory through a combination of independent research and development and international cooperation. In September 2019, 64-layer TLC 3D NAND flash memory equipped with Changjiang Storage's independent innovative Xtacking® architecture was officially mass-produced. In April 2020, Changjiang Storage announced the successful development of two 128-layer TLC/QLC products. Among them, the X2-6070 model has the industry's higher IO speed, higher storage density and single-cell capacity.
